This project is about a complete refurbishment of a 68sqm apartment from the 70’s. The proposal tries to get a more open space around a new central area in connection with the main façade -oriented to the south- where the rest of the pieces look into.

One piece of “furniture” hosts space for storage, the kitchen and the bathroom. Over a radiating floor, the dwelling shows finishes in natural oak and epoxy resin.
